The BD 200 uses a dynamic transducer, which means it doesn't need phantom power (like condenser microphones do), which allows greater flexibility in a variety of setups. It covers a broad frequency range of 20Hz to 16kHz, with a noticeable presence boost beginning around 3kHz that adds clarity and definition to the sound. Beyond this point, several peaks in the frequency response contribute to the BD 200's distinct sonic character. The hypercardioid polar pattern captures sound from the front while effectively reducing noise from the sides and rear, which is particularly beneficial for use in small rooms where individual instruments are close together, and makes the BD 200 ideal for toms and snares. Goede mic voor gebruik bij een kickdrum. Nu 1x live gebruikt maar zeker niet ontevreden over het geluid en de algemene kwaliteit gezien de prijs. Dankzij draaibare bevestiging te gebruiken op verschillende manieren en vanaf verschillende kanten. (klem aan kick rand of statief van af de grond)

+ Inclusief opbergdoosje met schuim op maat

- Opbergdoosje is een beetje goedkoop. Maar er zit een doosje met schuim bij dus dat heft elkaar weer op in deze prijscategorie.

(nog) Geen punten gevonden waarom ik deze mic niet zou aanraden.

Prima mic. Ik gebruik deze voor de kickdrum tijdens het repeteren. We repeteren met in-ears en dan is het fijn de kick ook te horen.

Good Mic For Wind Instruments And Low Vocals Too

Nice mic, not expensive but sounds great. I bought it beucase I needed better mic for recording wind instruments, also it would be nice to have mic for kick drum and bass amp, and that one does it too. I recorded trombone with it, first time I recorded wind instrument ever, and it sound great. It happened to be great vocal mic too! My voice is low, I was trying to record some vocals for something and I used copy of SM58, it didn't sound good, maybe it was cheap copy, maybe 58s doesn't fit my voice. I sang thru BD 200 instead and it sounded great, never recorded my voice myself with quality that good. I didn't bother to put that mic on a stand, I held it with my hand and make some unnecesary hitting noises which can be heard on recording, but that's my fault, it's not supposed to be hand held. And it comes with great bracket too. It's metal, very solid and it also looks nice, I don't know how to describe it in English, you can see it on the photos.
