Weatherproof decorative spotlight

The Stairville Outdoor Stage Par 12x3W Tri is a weatherproof outdoor stalwart among the PAR spotlights. The matt black housing has the classic PAR can look. The strong light output of the LEDs used, combined with a medium-wide beam angle, makes it an all-rounder for outdoor decoration. Whether it is to illuminate architecture from below or a stage portal from above, there are many possible applications. Thanks to the double bracket, the spot can simply be placed on the ground or hung in a truss or rigging. To make sure that the connections – not just the housing - are well protected from moisture, suitable cables for mains power and for the DMX input are provided, and two caps for any unused connections are also included in the scope of delivery.

Beam in all mixable colours

The Outdoor Stage Par 12x3W Tri from Thomann’s in-house brand Stairville is suitable for outdoor use. On the aluminium die-cast housing are four screw connections for the DMX input, DMX output, power connection, and power out, all of which are manufactured in accordance with the IP 65 protection standard. This means that they are not only dust-proof but also protected against water jets from any angle. The mains plug has protection class IP 44 and can withstand splash water from all sides. A pressure compensation element prevents condensation from forming inside the unit. The light source of the Outdoor Stage Par 12x3W Tri consists of twelve 3-in-1 LEDs of three watts each, which shine with a beam angle of 30°. The luminaire is operated using the buttons under the display or by DMX in three, four, or eight-channel mode. Ten automatic programmes with partly variable fade times, static colours, master-slave operation, and a stroboscopic effect are also on board.

For open airs and garden parties

The Outdoor Stage Par 12x3W Tri offers organisers of open-air concerts the opportunity to enhance their events with decorative lighting regardless of the weather. Thanks to their DMX connectivity, the LED PARs can be integrated into a professional DMX landscape. The beam angle is suitable for many applications: It can be used to set lighting effects on backdrops, to emphasise entrances and architectural features, or to illuminate individual objects. If you would like to invite people to a private garden party, simply place the PAR on the ground as a floor spot and operate it with the buttons on the display. In this way, for example, trees can be highlighted in green against the dark sky, or the bar’s background can be accentuated with colourful running lights.

About Stairville

Since it was introduced in 1994, Thomann’s in-house brand Stairville has been a permanent fixture in the store’s product range. The brand primarily focuses on the field of stage lighting in general, and its products include spotlights, moving lights, and theatre lighting as well as smoke machines, electronic control systems, and every other accessory you can think of. Party in the garden

The Outdoor Stage Par 12x3W Tri from Stairville can illuminate not only stages but also objects and surfaces, e.g. at garden parties: Two PARs can illuminate the bushes to the left and right of the garden gate in green, with a few more placed under the trees to illuminate the canopy from below. Now it pays off that LED PARs are not only equipped with the usual DMX outputs but also with power outputs. These can then be sequentially supplied with power, one after the other. Along the wall of the house, you can create a colour gradient using an automatic programme by switching the PAR cans to master-slave mode. The programme set on the master spotlight is then reproduced by the units connected downstream.

Leuke led par

ik heb de outdoor led par aangeschaft omdater een paar buiten producties aan zitten te komen.

de led par is stevig gebouwd en heeft een mooi uiterlijk.
de licht opbrengst is ook erg goed voor de par. helaas is het geen beam maar dat heeft aan de andere kant ook wel weer zijn voordelen bijvoorbeeld bij het uitlichten van decor stukken en dergelijken.
de kleuren met name Rood Groen en Blauw zijn erg mooi waardoor vanzelf sprekend de mix kleuren ook mooi worden.
het menu van de led par is makkelijk te bedienen en overzichtelijk gehouden.

helaas heb ik ook wat minpuntjes gevonden aan de led par.

de knop om de tilt positie vast te zetten is helaas heel dun en klein wat verder geen probleem zou zijn geweest als de bout erachter niet zoveel had uitgestoken. waardoor je hem niet goed op de positie vast kunt stellen.
De DMX uit adapter wordt er niet bijgeleverd wat heel onhandig is bij het aansluiten.
en als laatste de verf. de led par heeft helaas als eigenschap dat de lak snel loslaat en niet kras bestendig is wat ik eigenlijk wel verwacht had voor een outdoor led par.

ik ben tot nu toe tevreden over deze Ledpar

4x Stairville Outdoor Stage Par voor Waterorgel project

Voor een project waar ik mee bezig ben, namelijk het bouwen van een Waterorgel (fonteinen show) heb ik vier van deze outdoor led parren besteld.
De parren staan natuurlijk niet in het water, maar omdat er wel waterstralen op kunnen komen, moesten het led parren zijn die bestand zijn tegen een straaltje water.

De led parren voelen degelijk aan en hebben een professionele uitstraling, de afwerking is ook heel netjes!
Je merkt wel dat de stelschroef op het armatuur niet heel sterk is, maar vooralsnog heb ik hier geen problemen mee gehad.
De lichtproductie is fantastisch!
De kleuren zijn heel mooi, al zie je bij de kleur geel wel duidelijk groen erdoorheen, wat natuurlijk begrijpelijk is, maar ook een beetje jammer.

Het installeren gaat ook heel gemakkelijk; plug & play!
Ik laat mijn parren werken via dmx sturing.
Dit is tevens ook mijn eerste ervaring met dmx en ik moet zeggen dat dit heel makkelijk werkt en zich min of meer vanzelf wijst; de parren heb je al vrij snel op het juiste dmx adres en dmx kanaal ingesteld!

Al met al kan ik deze Stairville Outdoor Stage Par absoluut aanbevelen en krijg je een prima product voor deze prijs!

heb deze lampen voor een restaurant buiten gemonteerd vergeleken met andere panden springen deze armaturen er echt uit zeer veel licht opbrengst

Good outdoor parcan for resonable price

The light output of this spot is very good.
It can be used outside in the rain, snow etc.
It's easy to use, and because of the DMX connections it's easy to program.
Unfortuanately the stored programs in the spot doesn't have an audio option.
Some programs are usefull be most program aren't very usefull.

It's a good spot for an acceptable price.
