I bought this to use with my Gretsch New Yorker mahogany mandolin.

Fitting it was simple, having to cut my own slots for the nut was a bit of a pain, but I should've expected it really.

It seems very tough and actually sounds a lot better acoustically than the stock rosewood bridge that was on my mandolin.

Plugged in it sounds very good for a passive piezo affair. I would recommend using a pre amp as it does have a bit of 'quack' you associate with most piezo pickups, but it does sound very good and does the job well.
