Het doet wat het moet doen

Het is een degelijke microfoon arm en doet wat het moet doen, maar het is niet een erg werkzaam ding. Het heeft meerdere draaiknoppen die je moet gebruiken om bij te stellen en af en toe moet je hem weer opnieuw vastschroeven aan het bureau/de tafel. Ik heb de relevante draaiknoppen nu zo staan dat het net niet terugschiet qua veerkracht, maar wel beweegbaar is zonder gedoe, maar naar mijn idee maakt dat deze arm er niet beter op en gaat hij er alleen maar op achteruit.
Toen ik deze kocht was er niet echt een goedkopere optie (naast die andere van Thomann voor 20 euro waar ik waarschijnlijk beter voor had kunnen gaan), maar ik zie nu dat K&M er eentje heeft die goedkoper is, en ik zou daar persoonlijk dan voor gaan in plaats van deze.
Opzich prima ding voor wat het is, maar er zijn betere opties beschikbaar.

Really fiddly plastic/metal parts, returned it before even getting to use it because it didn't feel sturdy at all. But it does clamp and hold the mic like a normal boom arm

not bad but room for improvement

I bought this table microphone stand so I could do work either sitting or standing by my desk, depending on whether I would be singing or speaking.

This stand supports my microphone (a t-bone 400) with no issue and the reach is long. However, adjusting it is a bit of a pain. There are three separate joints that need to be tightened. The joint closest to the microphone is rather limited in its range of motion. Also, since all joints are hinge type joints it's not easy adjusting to get the microphone exactly where you want it. Overall it's something one can work around, it just takes time.

Disgusting Design Flaw – Avoid at All Costs

I deeply regret purchasing the Millenium DS200 Black mic arm. On the surface, it looks sturdy enough, but the design is absolutely appalling. If the wire goes—which it will, eventually—there is no accessible way to replace it unless you literally cut the wire with scissors and attempt to re-thread it. Why? Because the plug won’t fit through the internal path. This makes it essentially disposable once a fault occurs.

We’re not talking about a budget set of earbuds here. This is sold as a professional boom arm, yet it’s built like a cheap toy. A product that forces you to destroy and replace it within a few years if anything goes wrong is unacceptable. It’s the definition of bad engineering and poor sustainability.

If I could rate it zero stars for quality and stability, I would. Absolutely disgusted. Never again.
