The K&M 26735 speaker stand features a compact 45cm diameter base, making it a space-efficient solution for speaker mounting. This base is made of heavy cast iron, into which the M20-threaded base tube is securely screwed during initial assembly. Made of durable steel and weighing 10.44kg, the stand can support speakers up to 30kg, assuming the load is centred and not subjected to lateral forces like wind. For single-person setup, adjusting the height beforehand simplifies the process. The stand offers a flexible height range from 1,100mm to 1,810mm for optimum positioning, and the 35mm tube end is tapered to enable a speaker's threaded flange to slide effortlessly into place for secure and straightforward installation.

Founded in 1949, König & Meyer (K&M) initially produced music stands and measuring tools. A professional in action

The K&M 26735 speaker stand functions effectively as both a PA speaker and monitor stand: For standing audiences, the extending tube can be extended to its full height, while a lower setting is better suited for readings or monitoring for seated performers. To maximise speaker compatibility, the K&M 195/8 speaker mount and the K&M 24281 adapter flange are available separately, and for enhanced stability, the K&M 26709 BL weight plate – matching the base's round design – can be added. For touring or frequent assembly/disassembly, the base is easily transported in the durable K&M 26751 carrying bag. The extension tube in turn fits into the specially designed K&M 21422 carrying case, which can accommodate two stands – ideal for transporting a stereo speaker setup.

Ich habe mir etwas zögernd diese Gussfußständer zugelegt. Ich habe momentan überwiegend Sprachbeschallungen in einem Raum, an dem die Stuhlreihen ziemlich nah an den Wänden stehen, und Lautsprecher nicht geflogen werden können. Da der Saal nur aus Beton und Glas besteht, musste die Mehrpunktbeschallung her und somit auch Stützboxen auf Ständern. Die K&M´s sind sehr standfest und können aufgrund des großen Fußes nah an der Wand plaziert werden. Ich arbeite mit HK VT 108 (ca. 10kg) und die Ständer stehen bombenfest. Die Kabel fixiere ich per Klett oben und unten am Ständer, somit sieht das Ganze sehr ordentlich aus, nicht zu vergleichen mit Dreibeinstativen.

Elegante Alternative...

...zum normalen Lautsprecherstativ! Dank dem 10kg schweren Standfuß (auf ebenem Untergrund) sehr stabil und bietet kaum eine Stolpermöglichkeit. Sehr platzsparend und mit der optionalen Standfußtasche perfekt zu transportieren! Natürlich muss man vorher Abwegen, wo man die Stative einsetzen will. Auf unebenen Flächen sollte man auf konventionelle Stative zurückgreifen!!

Ordentliches Stativ

Wir setzen diese Stative zum einen für Gala-Veranstaltungen als Lautsprecherständer ein. Boxen der Größe RCF ART 310 oder HK CT 108 stehen seht stabil. Desweiteren nutzen wir sie für unsere 32" Flachbildschirme. In Verbindung mit einer entsprechenden Wandhalterung und zwei Multiclamps stehen die rund 12 kg schweren TFTs recht sicher. Sehr gut kommt bei den Kunden die dezente Optik an!

Zum Handling: Natrlich sind die typischen Dreibein-Stative transportfreundlicher und leichter. Doch bei manchen Events rückt die Transportfreundlichkeit eben in den Hintergrund und die Optik wird wichtiger!
