This base is made of heavy cast iron, into which the M20-threaded base tube is securely screwed during initial assembly. Made of durable steel and weighing 10.44kg, the stand can support speakers up to 30kg, assuming the load is centred and not subjected to lateral forces like wind. For single-person setup, adjusting the height beforehand simplifies the process. The stand offers a flexible height range from 1,100mm to 1,810mm for optimum positioning, and the 35mm tube end is tapered to enable a speaker's threaded flange to slide effortlessly into place for secure and straightforward installation.

Founded in 1949, König & Meyer (K&M) initially produced music stands and measuring tools. The K&M 26735 speaker stand functions effectively as both a PA speaker and monitor stand: For standing audiences, the extending tube can be extended to its full height, while a lower setting is better suited for readings or monitoring for seated performers. To maximise speaker compatibility, the K&M 195/8 speaker mount and the K&M 24281 adapter flange are available separately, and for enhanced stability, the K&M 26709 BL weight plate – matching the base's round design – can be added. For touring or frequent assembly/disassembly, the base is easily transported in the durable K&M 26751 carrying bag. Ik had de K&M 26735 Speaker Stand besteld om mijn mono studio monitor op te zetten. Samen met de stand krijgt u een meer accuraat beeld van uw mix.

+ Alle verbindingen en klemmen waren top

- De voet van de standaard kan niet op slot om draai bewegingen voor te komen

Dit is mooi afgewerkte en nette speakerstand
Bedoeld voor nette binnen klussen.
Als de driepoot statief te groot en opvallend is, dan is dit een heel mooi vervangend statief.

Niet geschikt voor buiten en zware speaker
maar een gemiddelde 12" kastje gaat prima

Zeer goede en stevige statieven. Ik gebruik ze voor een set Fohhn lx 150. Het geheel staat met deze K&M statieven zeer stabiel en geeft een chique uitstraling.

Very stable and looks good in the studio

I'm using these for my Neumann KH310 (together with mounting bracket LH25 + LH28) in my composition / production studio.

Small footprint, clean look.
Love the screw and safety.

There are a couple of pads around the base, so it's not going to scratch any floors and also doesn't need to stand on a super flat surface. They're made from some sort of felt if I remember correctly.

The stands seem very stable, though they are oscillating slightly when touched/moved/etc. I believe it's just slightly more than with traditional stands (fully retracted), so not a big deal at all, and I did expected this, given that they stand rather tall with no support structure other than the base.
(this is with the stands fully retracted and sort of near max capacity - the oscillations would probably increase when extended. Not much more than with traditional stands).

Not really something to worry about, but should probably be kept in mind when there is going to be a lot of movement around the speakers.
