Solid wood - no chipboard

The Harley Benton G112 Celestion V30 features, as its name implies, a single Celestion Vintage 30 speaker providing 60W of power at an impedance of 8 ohms. The 12" (30cm) Celestion Vintage 30 is iconic in rock music, known for its versatile sound on countless recordings. The cabinet, measuring 46x47x30cm, provides ample space for the Vintage 30 to breathe, and the partially closed rear panel significantly enhances the mid-range response. Constructed from robust 18mm poplar plywood covered with black Tolex, the cabinet maintains an acceptable weight of 14kg. With its sleek black exterior, matching front covering, and white decorative trim, the G112 Celestion V30 boasts an authentic look well worthy of display!

Good fit for mini amps and combos

Living rooms or rehearsal spaces are the preferred environments for the Harley Benton G112 Celestion V30. Especially at home, since even with a small amp in the 1 to 5-watt range, it already delivers a rich sound even at low volumes. However, it has far greater potential than that - when paired with a powerful combo or a Kemper, it becomes a player in its own right on the stage. Attention must be paid to impedance and connection options, particularly when using tube combos. An additional tip: It is recommended that the G112 Celestion V30 be placed in a slightly elevated position, for example, on top of the combo instead of underneath, as the sound will travel more freely!

Slaapkamer nachtkastje met geluid :)

Na het bekijken van een eindeloze reeks video's besloten om deze speakercabinet met celestion luidspreker aan te schaffen.
Ik ben startende gitarist, en ontdek dus alle facetten aan het gitaarspelen, o/a/ het geuid uit een cabinet, en hoe deze te veranderen.
Zo kun je bv de achterzijde van de behuizing dicht zetten met een plaatje en klitteband, hierdoor heb je 2 klankleuren voor de prijs van een :)
Al met al is het in mijn toepassing: spelen op de slaapkamer op redelijk geluidsniveau, een goede aankoop, en, als je deze speaker op zijn flikker geeft, linkt hij nog beter!!
De behuizing is compact en redelijk licht, dus het verplaatsen of mee nemen is niet een probleem.
Het enige minpuntje is de afwerking: hier en daar steekt een schroefje wat uit, maar dit was met de accuschroever zo opgelost.
De verdere afwerking is meer dan ok, bij mij ziet de tolex er goed uit, en is het speakerdoek mooi egaal gespannen.
Kortom: veel speaker veur relatief weinig geld.
Een aanrader voor wie voor weinig geld een goed klinkende cabinet zoekt met 1 12 inch speaker.

Ben er tot nu toe heel blij mee.

Klinkt zeer goed.
Eenvoudig aan te sluiten via een Jack aansluiting.
Degelijk gebouwd.

Min:
Zijn er niet echt.
Mss iets kleiner.

Conclusie:
Elke cent waard.
Mooie prijs prestatie verhouding.

Ik gebruik deze cabinet met veschillende heads vooral voor een punchy rock sound..

klank
deze moet qua klank niet onderdoen voor andere 112 cabinets en heeft een goeie punch in het laagmidden en basgeluid. hij is goed aggressief in het midden en helder in het hoog. deze cab heeft geen problemen om hoorbaar te zijn in de mix.

pros & cons
De prijs is ongelofelijk, dit is een koopje!
Met de gekende vintage 30 sound en open back constructie klinkt deze super!
geen cons, really.
De kwaliteit is zeer goed, en zeker beter dan verwacht op basis van de prijs

zoek je een goed klinkende, compacte cabinet die zowel thuis, in het repetitielokaal als op het podium gebruikt kan worden, niet twijfelen, deze is perfect voor 1/3 of 1/4 van de prijs van vergelijkbare competitie.

Dit een een buitengewoon goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Deze kabinet klinkt heel vet en een vintage 30 is gewoon ongelooflijk voor deze prijs zeker een aanrader.
