The Gator Deluxe Case Vintage DC-Style was developed specifically for double-cut electric guitars, and it fits instruments of this type perfectly. A sturdy handle has been attached to ensure that the case is perfectly balanced when carried, while the slightly arched lid also provides the best possible protection for the guitar's top. The interior contains a padded and velvety-soft inner lining, providing both a perfect fit and optimum protection from scratches thanks to its soft surface. Moreover, the case contains a storage compartment for important utensils such as strings, picks, or tuners - or the occasional can of beer.

About Gator

Gator, or Gator Cases, is an American firm founded in 2000 by father-daughter team Jerry Freed and Crystal Morris in Tampa, Florida. Initially, Gator began with a modest range of moulded plastic guitar cases. From there, they expanded the product line to include case and bag solutions for the whole field of instruments and equipment. A wide variety is covered: Instruments, microphones, and all aspects of live performance, including lighting equipment. At the same time, products for other media areas such as photo and video are also available. All products are made of high-quality plastics, wood, textiles, and EVA materials. The Gator Deluxe Case Vintage DC-Style shows its potential mainly when transport requires a bit of rough handling - and the double-cut guitar must therefore be perfectly protected. Nette koffer voor een nette prijs

Ik was opzoek naar een SG model koffer zonder hier de hoofdprijs voor te betalen.
Deze koffer doet uitstekend zijn werk, slotjes zijn ook stevig genoeg om wat grof geweld te houden.

De binnenkant is mooi afgewerkt en heeft nog een handig opbergvak voor mijn oordopjes, snaren, plectra, strap en straplocks.

Al met al dus een goede koffer voor een goede prijs.

Heb deze gekocht voor mijn Gibson SG. Tot nu toe heb ik hem enkel voor korte verplaatsingen gebruikt, en heb tot dusver geen problemen ondervonden. De gitaar past er perfect in, en de koffer ziet er gewoon sexy uit - ik zie niet in waarom je dubbel zo veel zou moeten betalen voor 'the real thing'.
Enig minpuntje is dat het handvat er ongelooflijk fake uitziet. Maar dat zie je toch niet wanneer je hem draagt ;-)

Prima koffer voor lefty Gibson SG

Deze koffer is perfect voor mijn linkshandige Gibson SG. Mooi leer of wat er voor door moet gaan. Prima sloten en een opvallende bijna zuurstokroze pluche bekleding met een afdekdoek erbij. Als je hem open doet moet je toch even glimlachen als je zo'n wijnrode SG in het roze pluche ziet liggen. Mooi roze is niet lelijk moet je maar denken. Belangrijkste is dat de linkshandige SG er prima in past. Zeker een aanrader en mocht er ooit iets mee gebeuren, dan koop ik direct precies dezelfde terug. Service van Thomann was ook dit keer weer uitstekend.

Waarom 100 euro meer betalen....

Prima koffer, goed passend en goed beschermend. Daar gaat het toch om. Als je niet voor een naamopdruk overstag gaat is dit gewoon de koffer die je zoekt voor een fractie van de originele koffer.
