The Fun Generation SePar Quad LED RGBW IR is an LED spotlight for both coloured and white cones of light, which is characterized by its simple colour mixture combined with some useful features. It has a comparatively narrow beam that produces a slim, bright cone of light. Besides red, blue, and green, it also offers white. The flat shape of the matt black housing fits on even the smallest surfaces. The SePar Quad LED RGBW IR can be positioned in a variety of ways: It can be hung on a truss, for example. Placed on the double bracket, it can be used as a floor spot to highlight walls and objects at an angle from below. It can also be used as a decorative uplight shining vertically upwards.

Concentrated beam

The Fun Generation SePar Quad LED RGBW IR is equipped with five 4-in-1 LEDs that deliver four watts of power each. When it comes to proper cabling, there's a simple trick to remember: What goes in at the top goes out at the bottom. The IEC socket for the power input and the 3-pin DMX input are thus located on the top of the spotlight, while the corresponding outputs are located underneath. The control panel is on the back and consists of a luminous display with menu buttons. Noteworthy are the four rubber feet, which allow a slip-resistant grip when used as an uplight. The light is operated with four menu buttons, via DMX control, or with an optionally available infrared remote control. This requires visual contact with the spotlight. The sensor is located at the front, next to the LEDs.

Can go touring or clubbing

The Fun Generation SePar Quad LED RGBW IR is a decorative spotlight for DJs, musicians, and other entertainers on tour as well as for club owners. Operating the SePar Quad LED RGBW IR is particularly easy because it uses only three basic colours to create mixtures. One spot weighs just 1.1kg. The remote control, available as an accessory, makes artists on tour independent of in-house lighting technicians on site. It also offers numerous features such as access to automatic programmes, adjustable speeds, music control, and a strobe effect. If club owners want to integrate the SePar Quad LED RGBW IR into their lighting rigs, they can choose between two, four, six, or eight DMX channels.

Gala performance

An artist is booked to perform at a birthday party. They want to achieve the greatest effect possible for their audience with as little equipment as they can get away with and a simple mix of colours. To increase the impact of their performance, they set up five Fun Generation SePar Quad LED RGBW IRs in a generous semicircle around them. With a beam angle of only 20°, they cast narrow beams onto the back wall and on the sides of the otherwise darkened location. The LEDs are quickly connected to the grid using the 1.5-metre power cord. The artist selects the sound control mode and sets the built-in microphones for all lights to the same level of sensitivity. In this way, they all work in sync and no further equipment is needed: The spotlights are now controlled indirectly by the beat of the music.
