Helemaal toppie!

Eerste gitaar, nu al een maandje op aan het rocken. Zeker een aanrader voor beginners en gevorderden! Als je een beginner bent, zal ik er wel gelijk nieuwe snaren op (laten) zetten, want de fabriekssnaren zijn nogal dik en stroef en dat deed bij mij de eerste paar dagen wel zeer.

Losse en ongelijke frets

Lijkt op het oog een prima gitaar maar het fret werk was echt een puinzooi kwam ik later achter. Uiteindelijk weg moeten brengen om de frets te laten lijmen en de hele gitaar te laten vlakken.

Beautiful mahagony guitar

This is a really beautiful mahogany guitar.

Cons:
The bridge pins are of a really bad quality.
There were a lot of glue dust in the guitar when I bought it which meant that a lot of white dust fell out of it.
The action setting from the factory is a bit too tight for my taste since it makes the guitar rattle a little bit.
Even though it's a solid top, the solid top is quite thin.

Pros:
The guitar sounds pretty genuine, maybe a bit thin, but full enough for my taste - thanks to the solid mahogany top (I wonder if the spruce version sounds too thin).
It's really easy to play - especially for beginners. Some advanced players might find the neck a bit thin. (I'm advanced).
It's very beautiful and I think it's worth the money.

Great quality acoustic guitar

The guitar arrived setup really well. It has a lovely low action without any fret buzz from the strings. I was really impressed with the intonation as well even at the higher frets. Barre chords are a breeze to play and there is a really nice rich sound from the guitar that being a solid top should only improve with age. The guitar is also really good looking, the solid mahogany is gorgeous and complimented very well by the chrome hardware.

There are 2 issues that let it down slightly are, when it arrived there was a lot of white dust on the guitar and it took a bit of polishing to get it looking right, especially around the unlacquered bridge. The other issue is the bridge pins are a bit flimsy and tend to pop out, it took a bit of force to secure the G string which popped out a few times on me. I hope that this won't be an ongoing annoyance atevery string change. But, all in all for €195 I can live with these for a guitar that looks, sounds, and plays as well as this does. It really does feel like a much more expensive guitar and is amazing value for money.
