The Cordial CSI 6 PP-175 instrument cable is based on the company's high-quality CGK 175 cable, which is sold by the metre and boasts a large conductor cross-section of 0.75mm² (AWG 19). This cross-section is made from 42 fine, high-purity copper strands (0.15mm thick) in a coaxial core arrangement. The capacity (conductor/conductor) is 88pF/m, with a conductor resistance of 25.5 ohms per km. The cable's double shielding consists of a braiding of bare copper wires on conductive plastic is used for an interference-free and unclouded signal transmission. In addition, the CSI 6 PP-175 is equipped with two straight Neutrik jack plugs with gold contacts to protect against corrosion.

An affordable high quality cable

I use Cordial cables for years now because they are really well made. They feel comfortably heavy and strong. In all these years none of them ever broke or got a loose contact.

The plugs are holding tight in the jacks which is a very important criterion for me.

It doesn't get tangled easily which is a fact that i like very much.. It also has a little cable tie, so that you can roll it. This is very useful for example when you want to put it in your gigbag or case.

All in all i recommend this cable because it feels just great to use a high-quality cable.

Ordered to earn free delivery on a cheap guitar. Glad I did as it is now the best cable I have. Solid, tactile feel, can't say about relative sound quality to other cables as I haven't tried an A-B test but it sounds good to me, and I don't think I have improved as a player overnight. Comes with useful 'hook and loop based fastening' cable tidy.

I ordered this because my existing leads were starting to collapse. I've never given much thought to the impact of the cable on sound. However, having used it a few times I'm really impressed. The build is excellent, the plugs are mainly metal (which doesn't really show in the pics) and the cable is very good at not tangling or kinking. The connections at bass guitar and amp end have been rock solid. Most importantly, and this is the bit I didn't expect, the sound is definitely crisper, clearer and richer in tone than I had become used to. Highly recommended at a very reasonable price.

Great cable for a pro players!

What can I say. Great cable for a pro players. I have been playing guitar for the past 17 years and bought multiple cables. Recently, for some unexplained reason I was using top end Planet Waves cables until they died after 3 years. Decided to go for Cordial CSI range and I'm delighted to say that it is way better than what I used to have before. Sound is clearer, somehow warmer...simply not distorted by unwanted noise/es. Great value. Definitely recommended!
