A nicer sound than I managed back in the day!
Let’s be honest. Most of us hear the word "recorder" and instantly experience a mild form of PTSD. This is an Alto recorder though. It is bigger than the soprano one you played in school and nicer on so many levels. If you have small hands, your fingers will undergo a mandatory yoga session trying to cover the lower holes. It is the classy, affordable, and surprisingly beautiful recorder for adults who need to get back at it and learn it proper! 10/10
Some clear point: It's easy to clean, you get a nice case to keep it in. There's some grease to keep it nice and fresh when connecting the 3 parts.
The sound is lower than the one I had in school, it is why I got this one.
My primary school teacher has now been proven wrong, I can in fact learn an instrument!
