The XVive More You Hub is designed to sit at the heart of a flexible, expandable USB audio interface and monitor controller system. It can route up to two input channels to a DAW, with monitoring available through connected headphones or studio monitors, and for each additional performer or musician, an optional expansion module can be connected via XLR, providing a fully customisable monitoring mix - including the option to add reverb. The system supports up to eight modules, and with ADAT connectivity, it can handle up to 24 input channels, in addition to which zero-latency direct monitoring is also built in. Altogether, the XVive More You Hub offers a modular, scalable solution for musicians and performers who need personalised control over their monitoring setup.
The XVive More You Hub features separate volume controls for connected speakers and headphones. Below the headphone control is a dedicated talkback button for communicating with musicians or performers, while two channel controls provide intuitive operation: The MIX knob adjusts the input signal level, and the REVERB knob allows reverb to be added to the headphone mix for a more natural and comfortable monitoring experience. At the top, a display provides real-time level metering for all connected modules along with an overview of the current settings, which in turn can be adjusted using the buttons positioned to the left of the display. Key functions include phantom power, phase inversion, a high-pass filter, direct monitoring, and INST mode for high-impedance instruments such as electric guitars.
The modular XVive More You system is designed for musicians who value intuitive recording and personalised control over their monitor mix. Each optional expansion module lets one performer connect up to two signals via the XLR/jack combo inputs - or run instruments like keyboards or synthesizers in stereo. The system is equally suited to podcast production, giving each speaker the ability to independently adjust their monitoring volume, while the straightforward, easy-to-use interface makes adjusting settings a breeze, with no technical knowledge required. The built-in Auto Gain function eliminates the hassle of manual gain staging by automatically setting the levels, and users can choose to apply it to a single channel or across all channels as needed.
Xvive Audio officially entered the market in 2012 with its compact U2 wireless guitar system. Since then, the company has also been involved in the development of wireless microphone technology. Its catalogue also includes effects pedals, such as the Signature Series, which were developed in partnership with guitarist Thomas Blug. The products are designed by an American team, based in Pasadena, California, which is composed of musicians and engineers and draws on decades of professional experience. Its lead designer, Howard Davies, was previously employed at Electro Harmonix and Pigtronix, among others. Xvive Audio's goal is to create products that deliver exceptional sound and build quality, while remaining affordable for any musician.
Any adjustments made on each module are heard exclusively by the musician using it, allowing for a perfectly tailored monitor mix during recording. Each module includes a built-in mount for easy attachment to a microphone stand, so settings can be adjusted comfortably while standing. The mic stand connection is accessed by removing the two screws on the left side of the module. Signal routing between modules is handled digitally via XLR connections, and the XVive More You Hub also features two mini-TRS ports on the back for sending and receiving MIDI data. The ADAT inputs provide further expansion options, such as connecting an external mic preamp. Power for all connected modules is supplied directly from the XVive More You Hub, keeping the setup simple and efficient.
