Decorative light for indoors and out

The Varytec Battery Event Par IP65 6-in-1 offers an impressive feature set rarely found at this price point. The 6-in-1 LEDs, which include UV light, deliver remarkable power from the start, while a double-bracket design allows the PAR spotlight to be positioned on the floor or suspended from the ceiling, casting coloured lighting accents at a narrow angle. The compact yet robust unit is suitable for outdoor applications, and its versatility extends further with wireless control and battery operation, offering practical advantages in terms of setup as well as a visually appealing presence.

Rechargeable battery and W-DMX

The Varytec Battery Event Par IP65 6-in-1 uses six RGBAWUV LEDs, each delivering 15W of output, to produce focused illumination across surfaces and objects with a narrow 25° dispersion angle. The compact housing, measuring 290 × 282 × 150mm, is engineered for outdoor use to IP65 standards, ensuring dust resistance and protection against water jets from any direction. Wireless operation enhances both aesthetics and practicality thanks to a built-in rechargeable battery that, after a six-hour charge, delivers up to seven hours of runtime - enough for most events. Control options include wired DMX, menu buttons for basic adjustments, an infrared remote, and, notably, Wireless Solutions wireless DMX, which broadens versatility for various setups.

For wireless lighting effects

The Varytec Battery Event Par IP65 makes decorative lighting effects for small to medium-sized stages, parties, and showrooms easy to achieve, since its narrow beam angle allows precise application. Wireless operation eliminates tripping hazards on dark side stages or in audience areas, enhancing safety and flexibility. Professionals enjoy creative freedom with five DMX modes spanning three to eleven channels, accessible via radio control when needed. UV lighting on the dance floor, combined with colour mixing, brings vibrant effects to parties, while technical service providers will benefit from a unit that works equally well indoors or outdoors, boosting utilisation rates. Even those with no prior experience can start automated shows at garden parties, adjust playback speeds and fade effects using the base’s menu buttons, or simply activate music control for seamless operation.

About Varytec

Over the years, Thomann has greatly enriched its already extensive range of lighting products with its in-house brand Varytec. In addition to LED spotlights, theatre lighting, and moving lights, Varytec offers an arsenal of matching accessories. Tripods, cables, power distributors, and all kinds of other components are, like the lighting solutions themselves, manufactured by well-known names in the field. The firm's direct sales approach, which eliminates intermediate retailers, ensures that all of these products are nevertheless attractively priced. Varytec's range comprises well over 200 items, which will illuminate everything from home-streamer setups to photo studios, theatres, and concert halls.

Party lighting in the backyard

Several Varytec Battery Event Par IP65 6-in-1 units can create striking visual effects at outdoor gatherings when placed as floor spots beneath trees and bushes, bathing the leaves in gently shifting hues of green and the trunks in iridescent reds and browns. These spotlights also work well as wall illumination, expanding the range of creative possibilities available. With battery power, operation remains free from the constraints of sockets and extension leads, which in turn opens up a variety of placement options, while the double bracket design allows easy suspension, such as above tables for atmospheric lighting. For transport, the Flyht ProCase Varytec Event Par 4-in-1 offers protection and convenience, with a custom fit and wheels to simplify setup and dismantling, and capacity for four lights.
