The Thomann Voyager Keyboard 3 gig bag is one thing above all: generously padded. Its 20mm thick foam lining prevents even heavy impacts from damaging the sensitive keys, with a robust outer shell to ensure that the gig bag itself stays intact at the same time, too. Sturdy zippers keep everything together, while the inside of the bag is lined with soft plush. The internal dimensions are 1080x450 x180mm, so that a Yamaha PSR-SX900, for example, fits in exactly. The bottom of the bag is equipped with a shock absorber that will protect the keyboard even if the bag is put down on the ground a bit too roughly. Two genuinely generous accessory pockets provides plenty of space for a music stand, sheet music, and cables, with two inner pockets for smaller items like a sustain pedal. In addition to the thick handle, the softly padded shoulder strap ensures comfortable transport, and another nice feature is the Velcro-fixed handle at one end, making it easy to pull the keyboard out of a car or luggage rack.

Lightweight with a Caveat

I opted for the Thomann Voyager Keyboard 3 gig bag as a lighter alternative to a traditional hard case, and I'm quite pleased with my choice. The bag itself is beautifully designed and offers substantial protection for my Yamaha SX900. However, I've noticed that when carrying the bag by hand, it hangs a bit too low to the ground, which becomes particularly challenging when navigating stairs. A slightly narrower design would elevate the bag higher off the ground, making stair climbing less cumbersome. Despite this, the bag’s lightweight design and overall quality still make it a very good choice for keyboard musicians.

Very good keyboard bag

My Korg EK-50 fits very well and I still have some space to put there the damper pedal.
On the external pocket you can easily fit your headphones, power adaptor and other small stuff.
Keyboard is very well protected. Happy with the purchase. I was not able to find another bag which fit better with my EK-50. Thomann bags offering is really wide and well thought... I would say it is nearly impossible you don't find the type of bag you are looking for in the size you need.

Tasche o.k. aber...

Für Transport von Roland Fantom G6 und Yamaha PSR8000 geeignet.

Die Tasche ist o.k., ebenso die Polsterung, aber...
- sie stink sehr und muß seeeehr lange gelüftete werden; so etwas muß nicht sein, ist nicht gut für die Umwelt und es geht auch anders,
z.B. Taschen für die MODX-Reihe
(daher Abzug bei Verarbeitung)

Generell:
Es gibt leider kaum noch genau passende Taschen für Keyboards und alles "schwabbelt" irgenwie darin 'rum - sehr schade
