Prijs/kwaliteit is goed

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van deze speakers is zeer goed, ze zijn goed ontworpen en hebben een degelijke behuizing.

Er moet wel absoluut een filter tussen zitten voor de frequenties.
In de beschrijving staat dat ze tot een bepaalt aan hertz kunnen gaan (weet zo even niet meer hoeveel dit is) maar stel ze in op een lagere maximale frequentie, dan klinken ze beter. De bodem frequentie kun je wel gewoon aannemen van de handleiding.

Ik heb 2 van deze subs aangeschaft om onder 2 EV EKX 15 topkasten te plaatsen.
Ik vond de EV bijpassende subs te duur en ben blij dat ik voor de Achat118 gekozen heb.
Wat een geweld komt er uit deze subs, wel goed versterkt met een Labgruppen FP3400 maar dan heb je ook wat.
Conclusie, voor dit geld vind je niks beters.

I bought 8 of these 10 years ago as part of the Box Pro Achat System 2 I am configuring a new system and incorporating these into it as they are (still) so good!
Being Horn loaded they give a very good account of themselves and perform well against other 2 x 18 conventional subs but are much easier to move on their wheels and I can still stack them on top of each other myself (just about!) Over the last 10 years I have used them for all sorts of gigs from the hotel function band (using 2) to full blown festivals using all 8 about 6 times a year . I have never found my self wanting any more Bass ! AS usual with the Achat stuff this is fantastic value for money and perfect for people that listen with their ears not their eyes ! :-)

The thomann Achat 118 sub has far exceeded my expectations, we plugged it up on arrive and it blow are minds

We now have 4 and to tops and can happy use it on gigs were we would need 4 double 18s normal, there very tight and punchy as well and you can feel it all the way at front of house,

wheels and covers are a must as the handles aren't great and the paint comes off really easy with a bump or to.

Also they need a lot of power to really feel there noise

All in all a great buy, would add more if they were rider friendly
