The longer footboards are great, but it did take some getting used to. Because Ive been playing normal sized pedals for years. But overall, I love these. The quality is great and they are very smooth. I have the beater height almost as high as they can be, and medium spring tention.
I used to have a Pearl Demonator double pedal and these were definitly an upgrade. (Tho keep in mind the Pearl pedal was in terrible condition)
