Sonor 14"x06" ProLite Snare Nussbaum

The best build quality of any snare I own. You can tell the level of craftsmanship easily. The detachable snare wires are a great feature, very handy, although careful set up is required unless you want your snares to drop off mid-gig. One problem I had is the chrome flaked off one of the lugs. Sound wise the snare is top notch, very versatile, and quite controlled. So although its not the most exciting snare drum, it is exceptionally well built, versatile, and sensitive.
