Shure Nexadyne 8/C

Had not heard about the Shure Nexadyne microphone when I first saw the advert, I was intrigued, can you really improve on the long trusted and established Sm58 model? I had a couple of vouchers for Thomann gifted to me last Christmas so I thought I’d take a chance on it. Well I wasn’t disappointed!!! The Nexadyne has a slick black design, comes with a padded case and microphone stand fitting. It sounds great right out of the box with little or no eq’ing. The first night I used it I was very impressed but wasnt “Shure” (ba dum tisch) being so used to the Sm58a tonal qualities that I use regularly. The nexadyne has a brighter mid/high range sound and it doesn’t have as sensitive a proximity effect which I found off putting at first because I like the use the bass/boom with proximity effect while singing certain parts of songs but once I dialled in eq settings that suited my voice the Nexadyne just shone. It’s hard to describe, it just seems more like something you’d here at a big concert or on tv or in the studio, it cuts through but smoothly, leaving the vocal well placed and as a singer so much easier to hear yourself and then control your voice. I still love my Sm58 & 58a’s but the nexadyne is a fabulous mic and could well prove a contender against the Sm58’s… I definitely think so… Time will tell I suppose

nouveau micro : nouveau look ! j'adore le côté plus "sobre" mais plus "pro" du micro en satiné noir ! agréable au regard, met de suite en confiance ! look pro , agréable au toucher, grille micro Avant-Gardiste , poids ni léger ni lourd; juste la sensation d'avoir en main un bon "vrai" micro haut de gamme ! la capsule interne est très protégé par de la mousse dense de qualité ! là encore ça sent le haut de gamme ! et Maintenant le son ! clarté de l'ensemble, bas médiums présents et confortables, chaleur et profondeur, les aigus sont brillants sans irriter pour autant, sans saturation, l'ensemble est très bien équilibré ! le dynamisme est bien là et l'attaque est directe !!! livré dans un boitier mousse plastifié tissus qui inspire confiance et protection, un écrin de qualité pour ce micro ! En conclusion le futur et déjà "présent" "Standard" des micros chant "live" professionnels ! aucun regret de mon achat ! (mon ancien micro béta 58 va prendre sa retraite" !!!) profitez, régalez-vous ! ce micro est un très bon investissement pour magnifier votre voix !

Imagine uma espécie de Shure SM58 com:
- Médios e agudos um pouco mais à frente, para compensar o médio-grave mais quente.
- Mais estabilidade do timbre mesmo quando o cantor movimenta um pouco fora da “boca” do microfone.
- Mais leve.
- Mais ergonômico.
- Mais discreto
- Menos ruído ainda.

Pra mim ele é a escolha para usar em palcos e gravar dobras vocais (por ter maior definição). No estúdio o SM7dB segue entregando o timbre mais agradável de todos, apesar de ser o mais ruidoso, mas o 8/C realmente foi um acerto estratégico da Shure. Eu acredito que o SM58 continuará sendo um padrão nos palcos por causa do custo-benefício, mas em uma comparação lado a lado desconsiderando o preço, acho difícil o SM58 ser a escolha de alguém.
