Useful but not great.
I'm using these pickups on my banjo, classical guitar and chinese guqin. The output is kinda low so you'll have to turn up the volume and maybe play with the EQ. I've had no problems with humming or feedback, but the sound is a bit muddy. So if you're looking for a truly clear and clean sound, I would not recommend these. (I'd go for a piezo instead)
