Poor 3mm Hex slot

All my guitars are equiped with straplocks, mostly by Schaller. The S-lock have a really nice fit of the lock to the pin. This eliminates the rattle that the originals have.
The Only issue withe these is that somehow the hex slot on the pins are inconsistent and mostly too large side. This is my third set that has this issue. A 3mm Hex key will sit rather loosely in the socket. So, if you try to tighten them down you risk rounding them out. A 1/8 inch hex key is a tight fit but works better. However, not everyone has US sized tools and it's clearly advertised as 3mm. At ~6 euros per screw (!!) that's an unacceptable flaw.

The usual high quality you expect from Schaller. Ideal if you use straps across multiple guitars, saves buying a whole set each time.

I bought a set to install in my Jackson guitar since I'm using Schaller strap buttons for many years. The pins fit perfectly in my strap buttons and lock securely. The quality from the screw to the pin is excellent.

Not all of them fit

I ordered a few pairs, unfortunately not all of them fit inside the straplock. It's like if the tolerances are too big on some of them.
