Rode NT1 Signature Black

The NT1 Signature is a side-address microphone with a cardioid pickup pattern, designed to capture sound from the front while reducing noise from behind. A gold dot on the rugged aluminum body – like on earlier models – marks the front of the mic, making it easy to position toward the sound source. To ensure clean, professional recordings, the mic comes with a sturdy metal shock mount and a detachable pop filter that reduce vibrations and plosive sounds. A dust cover and a high-quality 6m XLR cable are also provided, so the NT1 can be connected to an audio interface or mixer straight out of the box.

Founded in Sydney, Australia in 1990, Rode is a specialist in high-quality studio microphones. With its very first in-house, completely Australian-built model, the NT2 large-diaphragm microphone, the company created a classic which is still produced in its current and enhanced version, the NT2-A.
