RME HDSPe AoX-M

I am into AVB almost since the beginning of it, early 2010s and also in the adoption of MILAN during the last years. It is an exciting development, a revolution. I was eagerly expecting the card and I bought one in Dec 2025 (pre-ordered back in June 25), I suspect I am one of the very first batch of buyers. The DAC part of it reveals the magnitude of the RME engineering: It is flawless with unprecedented low latency and stability and an overwhelming channel count. At the moment though I am experiencing problems in the MILAN integration within my already existed MILAN setup. I hope these will be resolved with a new firmware/driver update combo. It could just be my system, but then MILAN is supposed to address these problems and guarantee the absolute interoperability of certified devices. Thus the three stars, BUT I will be waiting for updated F/W to fix these problems and then the AoX M will be a (not just 5) but 10 stars card form me!
