PERFECT Sound and Comfort

Forget any comments about the head strap being too tight on your temple. It's probably a very individual thing for every listener. For me, these headphones feel even more comfortable than the Beyerdymanic DT770 which I used as secondary headphones. The cushions are a lot softer and everything sits perfectly in place. Nice and linear sound. The EQ profile I downloaded makes almost no difference, that's how great these are. Great feat of european engineering.

My experience with the X1s

This is my first ever pair of studio headphones I ever bought and I'm so glad I chose this over the Sennheiser HD 650.

The build quality is absolutely fantastic with its wood and metal construction. It's also very comfortable allowing me to work for long hours with very little fatigue.
However, the sound is pretty weird and different from what I experienced. I'm used to the sound of my old Apple EarPods so going from that to the X1s was very strange. But I think I'll get used to it over time.

Overall, this is a great pair of headphones!

Just incredible....totally flat...super comfortable...you won't find a better mixing headphone...very revealing
