Millenium MS 2005 Screw/Holder Set

After a year of use this element of the Millenium MS-2005 microphone stand gave it's last breath. Apparentely the screwhole -although reinforced with some metal coating- wasn't up to the physical abuse cycle of screwing and unscrewing so eventually it tore.

For some reason I wasn't able to find this item on the website so I contacted Thomann asking for a link to the item but to my most pleasant surprise they offered to replace the part for free! Now, I'm unsure if you'll be getting the same service should a similair siruation arise but it goes to show Thomann is blessed with a fantastic customer service.

Somehow it makes the item feels even more durable ;:)
