Meerklang Bass Hatamemo, the Bass Hatamemo, is a hybrid of three instruments: on one level, there's a bass harmony tambourine with four chords and a melody level with seven strings and 14 notes; on the other level, there's a monochord. The melody level is divided by an octave bridge, so it can be played on either side of the bridge, providing a total of 14 notes. The instrument is also very well suited for two players playing simultaneously.
