The best thing in many years

This thing beats all other things I tried in a few years on the market. Also works great with pedals. The sound is a bit narrow, which is apparently good for recording. It is really tailored for recording. The boost/overdrive/dist knob I don't like. Once engaged the sound becomes compressed. I turn it off and use real pedals. Then the sound is pretty nice. The USB is class compliant, reports the latency offset perfectly. Tried other amp sims like boss ir-2, katana, zoom. The first that can match the experience is nano cortex. This pod express is pretty unique. So much for this little money.

An amazing product

I'm absolutely blown away by this little red box. Even the presets are amazing. I have a Helix, Pod Go Wireless and and original Pod and this is my favourite so far. I think it's because you can't load your own IRs and due to the finite models on this you don't spend hours chasing tone.

I'm just a little weary of the plastic box. I'm hoping this will last. It's in my Helix case as a backup should all else fail.

Passionné de matériels de musique et testeur amateur depuis de longues années, je suis toujours à la recherche et écoute de nouveauté. Ça tombe bien, encore une avec le line 6 pod express. Commandé, reçu et testé.
Effectivement surprenant.
Les +:
Petit, léger, compact de poche, tous les sons utiles et classiques de tous guitaristes peu importe le style.
Testé sur casque, sons moyens a mon goût.
Testé sur ampli, sons beaucoup mieux.
Testé en complément sur pedabord, le top.
Pas de fioritures ni parasites.
Tuner, tap tempo, mémoire son préféré. Impeccable.
Les -:
Peut-être son aspect petite boite en plastique qui semble fragile.
Mais bien entendu c'est comme tout, en prenant soin de son matériel ça dure longtemps.
En conclusion:
Ce petit pod line 6 express est vraiment super.
A brancher n'importe où, casque, ampli, pedaboard et pc inclus pour des plus.
C'est un mini pédalier de poche à emporter partout.
