The removable swivel arm is mounted on a stand with a fixed height of 30.5cm and can be extended in two stages, offering a flexible length range from 42.5 to 72.5cm. About K&M

Founded in 1949, König & Meyer (K&M) initially produced music stands and measuring tools. Just two years later, the range was expanded to include instrument stands and microphone tripods, which are still the core business of the manufacturer today – and are still manufactured in their facilities in Wertheim, Germany. Successful miking of sound sources

The K&M 25950 is eminently suitable for miking instruments positioned close to the floor, such as the kick drum of a drumkit, where a dynamic microphone is recommended to handle the high sound pressure levels involved. To ensure the kick drum signal reaches the mixing console cleanly, it's advisable to use a gate with fast attack and decay times. The stand is also ideal for recording guitar amplifiers, where the microphone should be aimed toward the edge of the speaker cone to capture a well-balanced and articulate tone.

Dit statief heb ik altijd graag bij om de drummicrofoon bij de basdrumopening te plaatsen. Je zit meteen op de goede hoogte, een zware micro zoals de Beta 52 blijft goed op zijn positie, zakt dus niet langzaam naar beneden doordat de schroeven stevig zijn. De voetjes zijn niet te breed uitlopend zodat het statief niet te veel in de weg zit voor het drumstel. Toch valt het niet om.
Door het kleine formaat is het ook bescheiden en niet te opzichtig aanwezig bij de drums (die op zich visueel al iets heel druk zijn).
Je kan het statief dan misschien voor niet veel anders gebruiken, bij een kleine gitaarverster lukt het echter ook nog goed vermits de boomarm uitschuifbaar is.

Best for drums n cabs!

Deze stand heb ik gekozen vanwege z'n kleine vloer oppervlak en makkelijke positonering.
Ik gebruik twee van deze stands om snare's van boven en onder te kunnen micen. Het kleine base oppervlak maakt positonering ideaal vergeleken met grotere maten.
In hoogte verstelbaar tot ca. 70 cm, wat perfect is voor mijn doeleinden.
Ook bij micen van gitaar cabs zijn deze standaards top, onopvallend en makelijk te plaatsen.

De statief is erg klein maar ook erg sterk en zwaar dit zorgt er voor dat ie niet zomaar omvalt of iets mee gebeurt! Top ding
