The K&M 252 Black from the company's Topline series is a dependable classic among microphone stands, featuring height adjustment up to 1.47m. Its versatility makes it ideal for both standing vocal performances and precise miking of orchestral instruments. The two-way adjustable main tube allows for precise height positioning, while the extendable boom arm provides flexible microphone placement. This durable steel microphone stand stands firmly on three metal legs, ensuring stability on any surface and enabling reliable capture of any performance when paired with a microphone (sold separately). Despite its rugged construction, the base is made of plastic, helping to reduce weight while maintaining durability.

Quick and easy alignment

The K&M 252 microphone stand features a non-marring height-adjustment mechanism that allows users to set the stand's height between 24.4" (62cm) and 57.9" (147cm). This mechanism ensures smooth and secure adjustments without damaging the stand's finish. The integrated boom arm extends from 42.5 to 72.5cm to enable precise positioning to a sound source. An optional microphone mount with a 3/8" threaded connection can be attached to the end of the boom arm. Additionally, the stand comes with an adjustable black cable clip for strain relief and a tidy setup.

Founded in 1949, König & Meyer (K&M) initially produced music stands and measuring tools. Great mic stand

These stands are great for the price. A little light weight but extremely flexible going from a small to a large stand all in one. Very good for studio and light live use but will not last on a lot of live work. However for the price they can be replaced.
