Great stand if a little large

K&M are a great maker of stands for various purposes. The bass trombone stand is no exception. It is a sturdy construction and holds the instrument well. It is suitable for larger bore tenor trombones as well.

My only criticism is it could fold down to a more compact size just like its tenor trombone counterpart. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I did think the box Thomann packaged it in was oversized in comparison to the product.

This stand exceeded my expectations. It is made of top quality material. Raises and lowers easily. My Rath R900 Bass Trombone sits on this with no movement once put on the required position safely. Looked all over and I could not find a better price for this anywhere.
