Fits large guitars, not very sturdy
Anoniem 02.03.2016
Bought this because I have some ML and Rhoads shape guitars that hardly fit any bag. It does do that but that's about it.

Padding is rather thin, nothing to hold the neck in place, single handle (so no velcro-ing two handles together to make sure there's no stress on the zipper) and the shoulder/back staps look really flimsy and have flicked off on their own accord several times.

Definitely not a gigbag to keep guitars very safe in but sadly there's little choice if you don't want to drag the big pointies around in their cases all the time.

Goede praktische tas
Anoniem 25.01.2017

Very bad quality bag!
JohnV 09.09.2025
I bought this bag together with a Jackson Kelly.
There is almost no protection for the guitar, the guitar is hanging loose inside the bag. No straps to fix the guitar. I didn't noticed that before buying.

But the carying belts keep losening when you carry it on your back. A few times the guitar almost fell on the ground when one belt got loose!
The plastic snap locks are not strong enough.

Even worse, today (after only a few months use) the zipper snapped open.
My guitar dropped on the floor and the body got damaged!

Be warned, better invest a little more money and DON'T buy this bag.

Not for the RR..Description misleading :(
BobSword 01.05.2020
So, I got this with an RR, and figured out that the guitar doesn't really fit in..I mean, it kinda does if you are willing to push here and there, and you have to be careful when you take the guitar out, sometimes it messes with the keys and gets out of tune..This wouldn't happen with a 20eu thomann gigbag (which are really great, but there isn't any for an RR) and yet this one costs 49eu..just because it says Jackson on it? No, it's definitely not worth the money IF it's for an RR (and I guess the King V does NOT fit either, but I ain't got a KV so I can't really say..But I'm almost pretty sure it wouldn't fit) I don't know about the other Jacksons. Therefore, it is reasonable if I would call the description misleading, since the RR bearly fits in there. As for the padding..not thick at all and you would expect a lot more from a 50eu gigbag.
Anyway, I decided to keep it and deal with it, since there isn't any other gigbag that would, at least barely, kinda fit the RR..Can't really use the case since I ride around with a motorcycle.
Pros:
- It's a gigbag that says Jackson on it
(yeap, the only one I could find)
Cons:
- Description says that RR models fit, but they don't really
- Not enough padding
- Expensive for what it offers
