Harley Benton Security Locks NI

Judging by the reviews I thought I couldn’t go wrong with this set. However I was quite disappointed by the quality… The pins on both locks could not be pulled back right out of the package, they were both somehow stuck inside the u-shaped lock, I had to use pliers to get them to move… After I got them to move one lock worked as it should but on the other one the pin didn’t automatically lower back and had to be pushed down to get the lock to actually lock… Even after a few movements it still doesn’t work quite as it should (pulling back should be easy and it should lower back automatically and easily). Also the thread of the screws was not the same as the ones on my guitar (ESP) but this of course is dependent on the brand of your guitar. I won’t be ordering these again and I would also advise others to get the original Schaller S-locks instead (of which these are actually a cheap copy). If you order these you might be getting functioning locks if you’re lucky I guess, but it is not at all a given as my experience clearly proves.
