It's a "No" for me...
I love guitar, I love bass, so why not the Harley Benton Guitarbass? I'll tell you why: HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
Yeah, this thing hums and has a high pitch signal interference noise. I even changed the pickups to EMGs, and there's still that "signal interference" noise coming through. I hate playing guessing games, but I think it's just plain poor assembly. I could be unlucky and have had a bad copy, but this is my experience with the Guitarbass.
So...
Pros:
+ price
+ plays/feels fine
+ tuners are okay
cons:
- nut isn't setup well
- frets are meh
- electronics are bad
If it wasn't for the noise, it would've been a great value instrument. Unfortunately for me, it's not...
