Pas op voor de randjes!

Mijn Marshall 2x12 Silver Jubiliee cab staat hier prima op. Hij wiebelt wel meer dan als hij gewoon direct contact met de grond maakt maar niet veel en hij zal niet omvallen. Hoewel ik nooit klachten heb gehad van geluidsoverlast hoop ik dat de buren me nu nog minder horen. De Amp Iso 1 is heerlijk ligt en van goede en stevige bouwkwaliteit. Maar pas wel op voor de hoekjes want die zijn echt mes en messcherp. Daar zet ik wat rubberen hoekberschemers op want anders gaat het geheid een keer fout.

Love it, for bass amps over 150 Watts probably the number one best return on investment to improving your sound. Mainly it reduces the floor resonating and also decreases the intensity of the first sound reflection from the floor a little. This equals an all around improvement in the sound. Generally the tone will gain clarity and lose some slow muddy bass.

For 100W rock guitar amp also useful for the same reasons.

With the board's acoustic design, it's a combination of coupling with the felt-treated board and decoupling with the floor below. Especially considering an amp which already has decoupling feet, this design is very efficient. It's like a mini floating floor.

The appearance and treatment of the product is also luxurious for a board with felt and dense foam. It has rugged and attractive metal treatments and a handy carry handle hidden below. The nature of the cut foam shape below is also nice for tidy routing of cables out of sight.

Does its job on my 1x12" cab...

This is not the first time I buy and use "decouplers" for my amps/cabs.

For the price (and this is really cheap one, trust me on that) it does a good job stopping the low frequencies "leakage" to the floor, the rest of the apartment, the building etc, it looks great and it seems like it's gonna last for a long time.

It can accommodate an 1x12" cab (in my case, a Marshall 1912) with no issues whatsoever and I bet it will perfect even with an oversized 1x12".

Again, this product is at least half the price some very well known ones have and it does a good job.

I bought this as a platform for my bass amp so it does not disturb my neighbours with low freq rumblings.

Turns out it's also a good platform to put the vacuum pumps on in the laboratory as the vibrations do not spread arround, especially if you have a smaller pump for the rotary evaporator on the same workbench as a fine tuned 0,0000 g precission balance scale. We bought 3 of them.

10/10 would reccomend.
