Review on an HB American Truetone - Something was wrong but not the service of Thomann !

After I ordered and received an HB American TrueTone effect pedal and cable, it turned out the pedal was causing a terrible noise through my amplifier. I reported this one day later via the online return form with a return request. I received an email from Thomann stating that for that amount, it was more economical and environmentally friendly to refund the money to my Thomann account while keeping the delivered items. I was really surprised by such a solution and highly appreciate Thomann's service.
So if you want to purchase musical equipment, do not hesitate to visit their website; it is highly recommended and their service is certainly worthy of 5 stars.
