Handy and speedy battery replacement on the move!
This battery compartment is a very practical mechanism to replace the old battery for a new one in a few seconds. No more unscrewing or dismounting the electronics on the guitar in the middle of a rehearsal or performance, just pull it out with your fingers and swap. You will have to let it be install by a luthier unless you are handy with electronics and wood.
