Like dripping honey, the sun reflecting on the waves

This is the first 'proper' ukelele I bought. Two years in I still love it to bits. It looks and sounds beautiful. Like dripping honey and the sun reflecting on the waves. To my ears it matches many ukeleles with a significantly higher price point. I'm glad I went for the glossy coating, it's an ornament in the room. The Nylgut Super strings that come with it are perfect.

Some downsides: although it looks nice, the pin bridge is finicky. The tuning pegs look cheap in comparison with the rest of the instrument. Lastly, it does not sound well with a Low G-string – but maybe this goes for all concert ukeleles.

If you're looking for a first proper ukelele, look no further. You will have to become a pretty good player before you feel it's holding you back.

The Flight DUC445 is a beautifully crafted concert ukulele with a rich, warm tone. The glossy acacia body not only looks premium but also delivers that classic island sound. The okoume neck and walnut fingerboard feel smooth and comfortable. It stays in tune well, thanks to the gold-plated tuners, and the included gig bag is a nice bonus. Great value for anyone seeking quality and style in one instrument.

Great ukulele with good sound quality

The build quality feels solid for the price point and it is nice looking ukulele.
The sound is warm and bright, just what you’d expect from a ukulele.
It came with a decent gig bag.
Overall excellent value for the money.

Acheter depuis quelques semaines, c’est mon Deuxième ukulele après un premier de moins bonne qualité. L’instrument est beau , le son est doux, et il est Bien fini.
Je ne suis pas un expert mais je trouve qu’il sonne très bien et tient bien l’accord. Les mécaniques sont précises.
Je penses que c’est un bon « deuxième » instrument sur lequel je vais jouer quelques années.
