Nothing is impossible

The Rumble 800 Stage is built around two 10" speakers, a switchable tweeter, and an 800-watt Class D amplifier, delivering 400 watts through its internal speakers, with the option to connect an additional cabinet to fully unleash its power. Its classic three-band EQ section allows for simple yet effective fine-tuning, giving players immediate control over their sound. From there, the possibilities expand dramatically, offering 16 amp simulations, 22 speaker simulations, and 40 effects that can be combined freely to suit any style. To simplify operation, a wide range of presets for different genres or special sounds are available, and with Fender's free proprietary app, users gain access to an ever-growing library of presets that can be downloaded directly via WiFi. The connectivity is equally impressive, featuring pre and post-DI, a stereo effects loop, AUX input, a headphone output, and streaming and control via Bluetooth, leaving virtually nothing to be desired.

Fantastisch veelzijdig apparaat

Geweldig apparaat voor bassisten die veelzijdigheid zoeken in een versterker. De ingebouwde effecten en ingebouwde tuner zijn echt een verrijking. Zo heb ik altijd een chorus en een octaver paraat staan op het bijgeleverde pedaal. Ook heb ik standaard een compressor over mijn input-signaal.

Het werkt niet zo recht-toe-recht-aan als een normale versterker. Je moet een paar menuutjes door of de app gebruiken om de volledige potentie uit deze versterker te halen. Ik heb daar geen problemen mee, omdat ik de flexibiliteit zwaarder vind wegen dan de complexiteit.

Great sound, good onboard effects but quality problems with the electronics.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my third one, the sound and onboard modelling is great and it weighs virtually nothing. Sounds great in the rehearsal room, plenty of power but I had to send the first two back. One ‘froze’ on me a couple of times, the electronics stopped responding and I had to cycle the power to get it working again each time and on the other the screen went faulty.
With just this in one hand (it really is light) and your bass in the other you have all you need to play almost anywhere. Control it from the supplied 4 switch foot pedal or with the free app with which you can build sounds, alter the individual pedal controls and more. Can plug my 4ohm extension cab in, there’s a handy switch on the back for that, and get 800W or more out of it if my ears could take it.

He is recently using Ampeg and Hartke. Wanted to try this Fender combo and he is actualy blown away by the quality and the sounds. Many great sounds to choose from and LOUD as hell!
