Long lasting strings for low 6 string tunings
For those who like tuning down their 6 strings but hate changing strings often, this set is for you. Long lasting sound, slick feel, and low cleaning maintainance make these a great set of strings.
Pro:
- Nanoweb coating keeps strings sounding fresh for at least 2-3 weeks
- Doesn't rust, even with very acidic sweat
- Set lasts for at least 3 months
- Hardly ever breaks
Con:
- Good for tunings up until b standard, gets too sloppy after that
- Uncoated strings can blacken
In my personal experience, these strings are great for tunings between d standard and b standard. The only issue with b standard is that not all guitars will hold it well as the strings get a bit floppy at that point.

Tot nu toe de beste snaren die ik ooit op mijn gitaren heb gezet.
waar ik andere merken na een paar shows kon vervangen zitten deze er al een maand strak op! super sound en super strak. Een dikke aanrader en zeker het geld waard!

Perfect for downtuning
I usually buy Elixir strings because of their lifetime. I took this set for a guitar 3 half-steps down (C#) and and works well. The big advantage here is the wound 4th string which intonates A LOT better than just a thick string.
