i have a pretty big thumb, so it squeeze it too hard so I can't use it for longer than ~10 minutes. On the other hand tight fit means it really becomes a continuation of my own finger -- and it really convenient to play both chords and single string sections, almost like with the finger.
It sounds pretty close as 2mm thick dunlop ultex (at least for my ears, i'm just a beginner), but more convenient... If only it would be a little bit bigger to squeeze a little less...!

Bought it to try out after I saw an old video of Chas Chandler using a thumb pick to play bass in the Animals. Works fine, but I'm sticking to finger style.

Does what you expect,..but I quickly got rid of the thumb picks myself,...so my review is not really of much use to you i guess,..

too tight and will break

The sound is good but that is where it ends. I tried a medium and a large and both a re too small for my medium size thumbs. Tried putting them in hot water to reshape but can't recommend as mine broke. I broke another one too after just 1 week, cannot recommend them.
