Protecting my nitro guitars
I put my 1980's Gibson LP Custom for years on a regular hanger.
Not a good idea. The lacquer is destroyed where it touched the hanger.
I have two guitars with nitro finishes. They have their own place now in my studio. The bulldog is pricey, but looks great, and a must to protect your guitars.
