Het werkt op mijn western gitaar.
Verwacht niet dat het apparaat de toon van je gitaar optimaal nabootst.
Het is een humbucker en wat mij betreft had meer oversturing van het geluid wel gemogen.
Met versterker en pedalen haal ik er veel plezier uit.

Als je de volume / tone knop gebruik hoor je een beetje storing, wordt in de handleidng ook op gewezen
Let op of je een exemplaar wilt hebben waarbij het snoer buiten om gaat . Er bestaat ook een versie waarbij je de aansluiting / snoer in de klankkast laat.
Makkelijk te monteren en te verwijderen.

I have a lot of acoustic guitars without pickup, so I decided to buy this to see if I could easily electrify some acoustics so I could start perfoming with them.

When I got it, I was very happy with the box it came in and the ease of instalation. I did it in 5 minutes and there was no drilling required, just a phillips screwdriver. When you start playing you immedeatly notice it sounds more like a thick electric guitar with humbuckers than an acoustic. To get a little more trebble, I installed it inside the soundhole as close to the brige as possible, so not towards the neck which is more common I believe. The tone and volume knobs work well so that also gives you a lot of tonal options.

I've now put it on my Fender Sonoran Mini All Mahog. I use this as a travel guitar. They really combine quite well as, when you go to unknown places, it's like you have an electric and acoustic to your disposal which is nice.

Overall, a good product with good build quality, instalation simplicity, a unique sound. Just don't expect to have the traditional sound from an acoustic guitar. There are other pickups for roughly the same price that are better at that.
