A little on the softer side in scale but play perfectly straight out of the box. Very clean cut and vibrant that give a level of comfort and control slightly better compared to D'darrio Reeds or Vandoren which might need a little shaving or reed geek tool to get it playing it best, all the reeds play great which is a top reason to choose based on the higher price of this brand.
