This gong is more than I expected!
It comes with a mallet that is medium weighted with a small sized head that actually works really good with it.This is gong needs a while to speak up and open but when it does it is very sonorous with a solid clear base at the 0 spots.I love this gong....amazing for sound healing, meditation. ..

Wasn't sure at first but this is very good

Heavier than a symphonic gong, it took me a while to like this one as it has quite pronounced overtones. However, as I learnt to play it, I realised how to use these overtones to my advantage and this gong now plays almost like a synthesizer with a pad patch. It almost sounds like it is playing chords in some places on the surface. Using flumies, it does the full range from distant whale song to full-blast trumpets, lovely!
It doesn't have the clarity and depth of a symphonic gong but it does have oodles of character and given the price, this is a seriously great gong!

Este es un gong que sorprenderá con el tiempo, cuanto más aprendas a usarlo y ser consciente de tu poder interior, más el Gong te responderá con armónicos que te harán vibrar por completo. Unido junto a cuencos de metal y combinándolo se logran unos sonidos mágicos... En serio desconozco otros gong como los de marcas caras europeas, seguramente serán de más calidad, pero con este es suficiente para profundizar en Meditaciones sonoras... Lo uso con baquetas diferentes a la que trae de regalo... Recomendable. Espetó más adelante ponerlo en un stand de madera, usar flumies y unirlo a algún Jambati cuenco de unos 39cm sería ya muy estremecedor. El precio increíble mejor que el actual.. Una compra increíble.
