The box Pyrit 212 Sub A delivers solid, deep bass thanks to two 12" drivers with 4" voice coils, and with 1000W RMS power and a maximum sound pressure level of 132dB SPL, this subwoofer offers output figures that are exceptional in its price class. Two combo inputs accept stereo feeds, while two additional combo outputs allow seamless signal routing to full-range speakers or additional subwoofers, enabling flexible and scalable system configurations. With a frequency range of 31.5–120Hz, the Pyrit 212 Sub A provides precise, punchy, and reliable low-end reinforcement, making it the ideal bass foundation for full-range systems such as the box Pyrit 12 A.

Well protected

The Pyrit 212 Sub A features a birch plywood cabinet rather than a plastic one, giving it excellent durability, though it is slightly heavier than comparable plastic-housing models. To make transport easier, the underside includes pre-drilled mounting points for castors, so the subwoofer can still be moved effortlessly. The housing is finished in a textured black coating that resists abrasion and also helps prevent fingerprints from showing. The two 12" drivers are shielded by a large, perforated grille with a matte black powder-coated finish for reliable protection, and a protective cover is available as an optional accessory.

The Pyrit 212 Sub A is designed to work seamlessly with other speakers. It features two M20 threaded pole mounts - one on the top and one on the side - allowing for either horizontal or vertical setup. This makes it easy to stack speakers directly above the subwoofer to save space, creating a compact system with full-range units from the same series. Its integrated digital signal processor (DSP) allows the Pyrit 212 Sub A's frequency response to be precisely matched to models such as the box Pyrit 10 A, 12 A or 15 A. Bright LEDs on the rear panel clearly indicate DSP status, ensuring full visibility even on dark stages, and for added peace of mind, the subwoofer also includes a dedicated fuse to protect against overvoltage.

Pyrit 212a

Vorige maand 2 stuks Pyrit 212a gekocht bij Thomann.'
Bestel er wel gelijk 4 wielen per kast bij anders zijn deze subkastjes moeilijk te handelen voor 1 persoon(zwaar).
Ik was verbaasd over het sublaag wat er uit deze 2x12" actieve kasten komt.
De 132DB SPL max.volgens de specs.haalt deze kast niet.(berekende SPL bij 4000watt peak).
De tussenpaal die in de subkast gaat past niet lekker.
Het gat in de subkast voor de tussenpaal is iets te groot (2 laagjes gaffer tape en opgelost).
Al met al zeker voor de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding perfect!!!

Loeiharde en zeer strakke bas, uiteraard niet de diepte die een 18" geeft, maar voor gebruik als dj op feesten van 200-400 mensen is deze set in combinatie met de The box pro DSX 112 fenomenaal goed. De speaker overstuurt nergens en heeft een krachtige punch. Uiteraard is er beter te koop, maar dan vaak voor het dubbele geld of meer. Ze zijn uiteraard wel fors en zwaar, dus ik zou de set wielen er direct bijkopen.

2 van deze subwoofers besteld en kwamen helaas beschadigd aan maar na wat contact hebben we dit goed opgelost en hebben we een deel van ons geld terug gekregen! Veder werken ze uitstekend!
