I got this at first because I'm just a fan of TC Electronic and judging by the price I just couldn't let it slip through my fingers.
When I started testing it it just sounded even better than I expected. You shouldn't get this if you wanna play heavy metal or something but it sounds amazing for texas blues, blues rock and most styles of rock.
Personally I use it mostly for a modern bluesy sound.
It's very easy to use and you can't really do much wrong, pretty much every setting sounds good.
Last but not least, it's built to last, very sturdy built.

Veelzijdig overdrive
Breed inzetbaar pedaal. Van milde overdrive met bluesy sound tot scherpe bijna distortion. Bass en treble controls doen hun ding en dat onderscheidt dit pedaal van andere overdrives in deze prijsklasse.

van clean boost tot lichte distortion
met de gain knop op 0 kan je het goed gebruiken als een clean boost en met de gain knop op max dan heb je een goede distortion voor punk of rock. dit doet niet goed metal tones. Door de 2 band eq heb je veel opties en de voice knop is ook wel handig.

Breed inzetbare Mojo
Dit pedaal gekocht omdat ik iets zocht om het geluid van mijn versterkers en gitaren nog wat beter te kunnen aanpassen zonder een effect er in te draaien. Dit pedaal doet dat boven verwachting goed. Het is een betaalbare Timmy. Het werkt als een extra trap in de voorversterker. Zeer goed regelbaar, ook als pure booster. Meestal staat bij mij op het pedaal de bas op 10 uur, treble op 3 uur en gain tussen 9-12 uur en de versterkers op (randje) clean. Van Fender tot Marshall geluiden haal ik eruit. Zeer goede aanschaf.

Toch niet wat ik had verwacht
Ik had me goed voorbereid op de aankoop van dit pedaal en odner andere de review van Paul Gilbert hebben me overhaald. Zelf ben ik evenwel niet zó overtuigd. Ik gebruik het pedaal voor een clean setting van een Marshall JVM 410 en wat ik ook doe het blijft een beetje 'dof' klinken.

ik gebruik de MojoMojo thuis en hij werkt prima
hij werkt heel goed met de volume knop op je gitaar. ik snap alleen niet waar de Voice knop voor is het veranderd niks aan het geluid

Amazing overdrive (especially after the price drop)
The tc electronic mojomojo is a quality piece of gear. Its operation is pretty straightforward, and it's easy to dial in a good sound. There's plenty of features that make this OD stand out of the crowd, mainly the two band active eq and the voice switch.
The overdrive is not a tube screamer like overdrive. It's warmer and not as tight. Therefore i find it difficult to use as a clean/mid boost for an already saturated amp. It works with the treble dimed and the bass dropped, but this pedal really stands out with its overdrive through a clean amp. It has a nice tube-like feel and can get pretty gainy even, though no heavy distortion.
I also use this with my bass, which sounds amazing. On bass it grinds without being fuzzy (though sounds like a fuzz when the gain is dimed). The bass knob really lets the bass keep its low end which a lot of overdrives fail to do.
The pedal is built like a tank (like many others already mentioned).
Overall this is an awesome pedal, especially now that it's only 50 bucks. It's a great overdrive that works well with bass too.

Het doe wat het doen moet de toon kleur is niet erg brillant zo als de Ibanez overdrive. Maar als je van diep geluid houd dan is het wel jou ding hou je meer van jingle jangel dan kun je beter voor een Ibanez gaan succes.

Love it !
I just love the mojo to put a little bit of bite to my signal. The build quality of the TC pedals is really good and the sound is great so for the price it's a no-brainer for me.
