Transparent and solid
The sound is transparent, no colouring of te sound as you would expect from a high quality monitor controller. The extra line inputs are very handy for listening to an alternative source. The big volume knob and the switches feel very solid, and the combined mono and stereo-swap switch I use often. It would have been great if the extra line outputs were balanced connections as well.
Definitely recommended for a simple monitoring setup.
