Pas aangeschaft. Had een micro nodig die eerlijk hoog had, en niet over de kop ging bij hoog volume.
De sony blijft iedere keer mooi strak en eerlijk klinken.

"Sony" sound at a great price

The Sony C-80 is a great "modern" sounding microphone that delivers a very clean, high-quality sound that can easily cut through a mix. It is somewhat reminiscent of the legendary, but significantly more expensive Sony C-800-G.

The C-80 has a low self-noise and can handle decently high sound pressure levels. The high-pass filter is a small but nice addition, as it is rather gentle (supposedly at around 70Hz). The one issue with this microphone is the included shockmount, as it is very fragile, and at this price one would expect better.

But the sound of this microphone alone easily surpasses most microphones in this price range and even some that cost more than twice as much.

Sonido Sony a precio competitivo

Compré este micrófono porque me gusta el sonido limpio y potente del C800G, y aunque no es una réplica, sí comparte algunas características sonoras.

Pensé en comprar el modelo C100, pero era un poco más de lo que quería gastar y vi que éste era el mismo micro solo que no tenía multi patrón ni la cápsula para grabar en frecuencias hiper altas (20-50Khz). Yo solo uso un patrón en el 95% de mis grabaciones y no me preocupan frecuencias que no voy a percibir una vez mezcle la voz, a mí me interesaba el sonido Sony y con el patrón direccional que uso la gran mayoría de veces, y el C80 cumple con estos dos requisitos.

Después de haber grabado voces y guitarra, me ha gustado mucho cómo suena, entiendo que no es un C800G pero sus frecuencias agudas son suaves pero muy presentes, medios definidos y un buen grave, en relación a el precio que tiene, no existe una mejor representación de ese sonido típico sonido de Sony en el mercado.

Lo he podido comparar con un Shure SM7B y un Aston Spirit, y el Sony me da un sonido más presente, limpio, con mayor rango dinámico y más moderno. Estoy muy satisfecho.
