After 3 months pick up was broken + bad service no solution
After 3 months the pick up didn't work properly: sometimes there was a signal, sometimes no signal at all and sometimes a weak signal with a lot of noise. I've returned the autoharp twice for repair. They claimed that nothing was broken and the advice was that I should check my cables and equipment. I've sent videos to prove the problem was the pick up. they even claimed that they've replaced the pick up which is simply not true. There was no solution and now I end up with an autoharp that I can't use in a live setup or resell either because it doesn't work properly. Bad service from Thomann. You've lost me as a customer. Think twice when buying from Thomann!
