I bought two of these clamps along with two Mapex B60EB cymbal boom arms. One set is attached to another cymbal stand - the other is attached to the tom holder on my kick drum.
- The one attached to the cymbal stand seems to stay very well in place.
- The one attached to the tom holder rocks my splash cymbals back and forth every time I hit my kick drum. Still not sure whether it is the clamp or the boom arm that's responsible - but it's not that big of an issue.

Careful when attaching to other black hardware, as the paint can be scraped off.

Easy to use, sturdy when attached to cymbal stand. Different adjustment on length helps with positioning . A well built product that i foresee lasting for years to come. Fast shipping as always from Thomann.
